Usage: clean the surface of these bonded objects and dry and remove dust. Squeeze the glue on the bonded surface and close and fix the bonded surface. Static curing, initial curing at 25 degrees for about 10 minutes, and complete curing in 24 hours.

Usage:

after the components are generally cleaned and dried, squeeze the product out of the metal hose and apply the glue. The glue is exposed to the moisture in the air, that is, curing from the surface to the inside, and the full fixation time is no more than 24 hours.

Note:

1. For temperature-resistant components, they can be cured at room temperature first, then treated in a damp oven at 50 ~ 100℃ for 4~8 hours to remove low molecular substances, fully curing to ensure the performance of the glue. 2. When this product is sealed with potting, the thickness of one accumulation should not be too large. If it is ≥ 3mm, the method of layered irrigation and gradual curing can be adopted. The larger the thickness of glue accumulation, the longer the complete curing time is. 3. After using this product, the hose should be tightly covered and can be stored and used again.
